What do I need to bring to my first grooming appointment?

The first appointment may take slightly longer to allow your dog to adjust to the new environment. Please ensure your dog has had a toilet break before the appointment.

Can I bring my dog if she is in heat?
Customers are asked to wait a few weeks after their dog has been in season, as it can affect behaviour during grooming.

What if my dog is matted?
Severe matting can be uncomfortable for dogs. Clipping the coat short may be the kindest option and heavily matted coats may incur an additional charge. A disclaimer will need to be signed.

Do you groom nervous or anxious dogs?
